All prices on our website are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and are exclusive of VAT.

Delivery Policy

Same-day delivery is available within Nairobi and immediate environs. Orders to other towns across Kenya are delivered within 1–3 working days via our courier partners. Free delivery is available on orders from KSh 50,000.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day free return policy on all products. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds or exchanges are processed within 3 days upon inspection of the returned item.

Payment Methods

We accept M-Pesa (our primary payment method), bank transfer, and Pay on Delivery for customers within Nairobi and immediate environs. All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and are exclusive of VAT.
